- The different types of anchor points;
- How to use lanyards, karabiners, and other connectors safely;
- How to position your body while working at a height;
- What to do if you need to rescue someone who has fallen;
Most importantly, participants will also learn about the dangers of using a harness incorrectly and how to avoid these dangers.
